Hi guy’s, my club PBSC is holding the Palm Beach Sailing Club “Bullets Regatta” on the 22nd and 23rd of November.
Held on Pittwater Saturday and Sunday is a must event for Weta sailors in NSW
PBSC is predominately a catamaran club but would love to have more Weta’s in there fleet.
They offer free parking to visitors (Overnight as well) and usually leave there boats on the grassed area above the beach.
Those who are not local (including myself 93 km’s each way to go sailing) have two caravan parks to stay in, Terry Hills or Narrabeen caravan park. Palm beach have at least one B&B
Or you can be adventurous and camp overnight at the Basin on the Western side of Pittwater.
Sail across after racing (2 Km’s away)but you will have to book a campsite. Which might be the option I take as it could be a better atmosphere than a caravan park, just add beer!
So who is going to be the first Weta sailor to win the Weta division in this event?
For more info please visit PBSC website, cheers Pete
