I keep loosing the tramp tube inserts (which I note have changed from rubber to plastic) despite glueing them in place with various glues.
So now I have found some 65mm tube inserts, similar to those used on furniture, which have more of the insert inside the tube as well as multiple flanges to hold it in place.
I have drilled a breather hole allow air into the tramp arms (which is how air gets into the amas) and inserted them so the hole is at the top to avoid drawing water into the tube.
I have a stock of 10 of them which I will sell at cost ($3.00) if anyone is having similar problems.
