Issue: The velcro for the halyards on the mast is OK but it’s a pain to put each halyard in place when rigging as inevitably the previous one falls out and if you want to adjust a single halyard as they all come loose, also they are prone to falling out in rough conditions and getting caught by the jib during tacks.
Solution: A strap around the mast secured at the sides, or glued under the mast track, with a pocket for each halyard with a mesh base to let water escape would be neater and secured by a velcro flap would be easier to use and neater. The pockets could either be around the mast horizontally or vertically down the front.
