Another issue you may find is getting back from the amas onto the tramps once you’re there.
A hand-hold can help and a few solutions have been tried including creating replacement shrouds incorporating a Trapeze harness.
A cheaper solution is to thread a plastic ball (e.g for bungee straps) and then thread a section of irrigation pipe along the shroud so that the ball is around 1ft (15cm) higher than the top of the trampoline when the shroud is attached to the ama – depending on the length of your arms.
