Depending on the UV levels where you are, you may decide that having the mast under the cover is better for protecting the external coating on the mast.

There is an official Weta cover available from Weta dealers  for the mast stowed configuration and also a High UV version (below) which has deeper sides and a longer-lasting material.

However,  an off-the-shelf speedboat cover fits quite well as the width and height of the ama arms on the trolley and the shape overall aren’t far off the speedboat dimensions – and it helps keep the sun off the trolley tyres too.

In order to get coverage over the amas, you will likely need the 4-4.6m version. Some of these covers have straps over and under the boat and can be used on the road at non-motorway speeds.

Also look for those that have clips and tensioners on both sides of the boat so you aren’t endlessly having to walk around because you’re on the “wrong” side.

    Mast Up Covers
If you have space to keep your boat fully rigged in the boat park, then a mast up cover will protect the tramps and gelcoat from UV and from prying eyes. However, the mast will still be exposed to UV so consider coating it with clear polyurethane varnish or better, paint with white 2-pack paint or Awlgrip every 2 years or so. Alternatively, give it a 3M vinyl wrap.

OceanSouth in Australia have now produced a Mast Up Cover from AU$462.10
Shock cord enclosed in the hem and buckle fastening. Supplied with Webbing Straps, Buckles, Rope, and Cleats.

You may note that the cover above doesn’t quite cover the sides of the boat or amas and this can lead to a “tide mark” caused by UV on the uncovered section, particularly for coloured hulls. I have written to Rain and Sun and they are willing to add a longer “skirt” to give full protection for an additional £60.00

Kinder industries in the USA also make a mast up cover

    Convertible Mast Up/Down Covers
Jacob Jackson, who undertook a year long refurbishment of Weta #13, made a DIY cover which can convert between mast up and mast down use.

    Over-winter Covers
Finally there there are custom covers in the USA designed for over-wintering in harsh conditions.
